A. Please make sure that the Apple ID or Google account logged into the store is the same as the one used for purchase, and then go to [Settings > Mog PRO > Restore Purchase] in the app.
If the restore doesn’t work, please capture the [Settings > Account Management] screen in the app and send it to us by email.

A. Please make sure you’re in a stable network environment and watch the ad until the end. You can request new feedback or chat only after completing the ad. (If you close it midway, the reward won’t be granted.)
** In some cases, Google’s ad network may temporarily restrict ad delivery to certain devices. Since many apps use Google Ads, if abnormal ad viewing or clicking behavior is detected on your device, ad delivery may be limited. (This can also occur for other reasons.) You’ll be able to view ads again after a certain period—sometimes a few days, sometimes over two weeks.

A. The diary is corrected using Google Gemini AI. Due to AI’s characteristics, some corrections may be inaccurate. Accuracy may decrease in the following cases:
- When there are too many emojis or special characters, especially in the middle of sentences
- When sentences are very long and written without periods
- When sentences start with incomplete grammar (e.g., “So tired. no energy.” → not a full sentence)
- When multiple languages are mixed in one sentence (e.g., “오늘은 너무 tired해서 일찍 잤다.”)
- When the written language differs from the [Settings > Language & Voice Settings > Learning Language] setting
- If none of the above apply, please capture both your original and corrected diaries and send them to momots_works@naver.com. The Mog developer will review them to improve prompt quality for AI responses.
A. No. Your diary is never used for AI training. All entries are stored only on your device and are not uploaded to any external server. Feel free to use the app safely :)
A. Diaries written in Mog are stored only on your device, and automatic cross-device syncing is not supported. However, you can back up and restore via Google Drive, available with a Mog PRO subscription.
Please note that deleting the app will remove all stored data, so be sure to back up before uninstalling.
