Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Momots Works ("the Company") and users of the Mog app ("the App").


Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “App” means the mobile service that allows users to write diaries in foreign languages and receive AI feedback.

  2. “User” means anyone who uses the App.

  3. “Subscription Service” means paid plans offered monthly or annually.


Article 3 (Provision and Modification of Service)

  1. The App provides the following functions:

    • Writing and saving foreign-language diaries

    • AI feedback

    • Backup and restore via Google Drive

    • Subscription-based features

  2. The Company may modify or add new features to improve the service.


Article 4 (Membership and Login)

  1. Users can log in via Google or Apple accounts.

  2. Firestore stores identification and usage information.

  3. Accounts must not be shared or transferred to others.


Article 5 (Subscription and Payment)

  1. Subscriptions are processed through App Store or Google Play in-app purchases.

  2. Two subscription options: 1 month or 1 year.

  3. Refunds follow the policies of each app store.

  4. Subscribers can access all premium features during their active period.


Article 6 (Data Backup and Storage)

  1. Diary and AI feedback data are stored only on the user’s device, not on servers.

  2. Subscribed users may back up and restore data via Google Drive.

  3. The Company is not responsible for data loss due to device or cloud issues.


Article 7 (User Responsibilities)

Users shall not:

  1. Steal or misuse another person’s account

  2. Modify or access app data or source code without authorization

  3. Attempt to make illegal payments

  4. Violate applicable laws or these Terms


Article 8 (Service Suspension)

Service may be temporarily or permanently suspended in cases such as:

  1. Maintenance, system replacement, or failures

  2. Natural disasters, wars, or other unavoidable events


Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user.

  2. The Company is not liable for losses from device errors, network issues, or data loss.

  3. AI feedback is for educational purposes only and may not guarantee accuracy.


Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes shall be resolved by the Seoul Central District Court.
